Neutral Current Management Device for Neutral Line

The SHAPF series neutral current management device provides a versatile range of capacity products from 20A to 600A. Designed for scalability, multiple products of the same specification can be combined in parallel to form a larger capacity system, effectively meeting the neutral harmonic current management needs of various large and medium-sized loads.

The modular zero-sequence current controller is connected in parallel to the power grid. It utilizes external CTs to detect load current in real-time. Powered by DSP/FPGA/CPLD chips and advanced zero-sequence harmonic extraction technology, it analyzes the zero-line current content rapidly.

The system generates PWM pulses to drive a bidirectional converter using three-level IGBT modules, producing a compensation current that neutralizes the neutral line current and optimizes power quality.
