FTTX Enclosure is a new economic fiber distributed solution for outdoor use. Compared to traditional products, the FTTX Enclosure is easy to operate and has high compatibility. It can be used for wall-mounting, aerial installation, or holding pole installation, depending on the situation. FTTX Enclosure is not only used in FTTH fields but also in FTTA or other harsh environments.

1. FTTX Enclosure Applications

FTTH Field: Traditional solutions use ONU or FDH when trunk optical cables arrive outside of mansions and villas. FTTX Enclosure can replace ONU or FDH because it has a fiber distribution function. Internally, it can fix 2-4pcs 1*8 or 1*16 PLC and accommodate 24pcs fiber splice protection sleeves. Installation efficiency can be increased by 40%.

FTTA Field: Traditionally, RRU and BBU are connected by optical fiber cable. FTTX Enclosure works as an Aggregation/Demark box, linking RRU and BBU together. From BBU to FTTX Enclosure, only one multi-fiber hybrid cable is needed. This avoids needless duplication and reduces installation time and cost.

Trunk Cable Connecting: When trunk cable enters the FTTX Enclosure, it is sealed and fixed by a torsion-proof cable gland. It can withstand 1200N pulling force long-term. Splice protection sleeves (Max. 24pcs) and PLC (Max. 2pcs) can be fixed on the body, making fiber division easy.

Military Communication: Suitable for field use where cables are redeployed frequently. Armored cable and strength members are fixed by fasteners to withstand long-term high-strength pulling. High-strength materials and arc interface design ensure normal operation even under shocks.
